For all of the commentary, dear readers, I thank you. It is nice to mix it up a little bit, don't you think? I think that it would be a good time to create some lines of communication with you now. I few months ago, I asked what you guys want to talk about... what you want to read. However, at that point, I had a total of zero readers. As you can imagine I didn't get much feedback. So I will rehash:"I am trying to decide what the purpose of this blog will be. Trading journal? Sports talk? Movies, books, music reviews? Political philosophy by Ab Colby? I suppose I could do a little bit of everything as well. I would welcome some ideas if you have any. Actually, if you have any suggestions at all regarding any aspect of this blog, I will strongly consider them."
Of course, if you don't care, then I will continue to post whatever comes to mind, as is my want. The goal of the blog at this point is to attract debate and encourage commentary. That being said, I want to know what gets you going. What are you passionate about? If I post a lengthy commentary regarding the animal kingdom and all I hear are crickets in the commentary section, then I am wasting both of our time. Simply put, which way should I go?

Dude . . . its your blog, don't make it my responsibility. If I wanted to deal with that, I'd start my own. It is much more fun to put in my two cents on your hard work.
This is my attempt to maintain my role as the apparent "Asshole" of this blog.
But that being said, I trust your judgment.

We all know that there is no maintenance required for you to retain the "Asshole" role. You do that job very well just by being yourself. That said, I love your two cents so keep it coming... and I don't think you're an asshole... you're McDreamy.

Ab, your personality in itself is enough to blog about. Just be yourself, you're rather entertaining as it is.
What a bunch of suckups! I'm just waiting for the day that this blog inevitably digresses into what it must be... a porn site. But seriously, folks... I think that a nod in the direction of sports for a post wouldn't be totally out of line. I mean, there are so many things to say about mister Cashman alone. Not to mention my beautiful Cardinals! They should rate a post given that this year they were the least bad team in all of baseball.
