They Gave Me the Axe

So my dream of living in Virginia Beach is put on hold for now. I am quite determined to live in that area, it just wont be as an employee of American Funds. I was pretty down about it for a little while, but I have bounced back with a purpose. There are currently two different positions I am excited about. Neither of them are in great locations, but the job more than makes up for that. The first is in Utah with Investools. They are a great company concerned with the education of individual investors. They have made quite a difference in my understanding of the equity markets and well as the global economy. I would love to work for them. The other is here in Tulsa with a company that is condsidering taking me on to manage a portion of their cash assets in the aforementioned markets. That job would be absolutely bad azz. So, even though sandier beaches will have to wait, I am extremely excited about the potential of my employment future.
